Meet the Instructor

Christy Hughes, RYT-200 and owner of The Rooted Soul Yoga + Wellness has practiced yoga for over ten years and began teaching in 2023.

Specializing in Beginner and Slow Flow Yoga, Christy skillfully modifies poses to accommodate participants of all ages, ensuring a welcoming experience for everyone, regardless of their yoga background.
